Chinese New Year

As Chinese New Year ushers in, it's a great reminder to celebrate all things new. Again.

Regardless of how 2020 has started for you (and if you have been following along on my journey, you'll know my year began with the loss of a loved one), I'm reminded today that I can always start fresh again.

And so can any of us.

The Year of the Rat

The Travel China Guide notes that the year of the Rat "has characteristics of an animal with spirit, wit, alertness, delicacy, flexibility and vitality.”

With a description like that, I'm kind of proud that I was born in the year of the Rat! It feels like a description worthy of living into, so I'm going to live into all of these traits for 2020.

Even if you weren't born in the Year of the Rat, you have full permission to take on these characteristics too.

Lean In. Level Up. Leverage.

Lean In.
No matter your natural strengths, you can always build new ones. Is there an area you could bolster this year?

Level Up.
Find some key words that inspire you - like, the Rat: spirit, wit, alertness, delicacy, flexibility and vitality.

Leverage.
Choose one of these amazing traits to focus on this year. Guaranteed the energy and spirit of the Rat will support you in 2020.

So tell me, which Rat trait lights you up?
